BAC Digital Asset Fund is a Bahrain-domiciled, exempt open-ended Collective Investment Undertaking (CIU), structured as a Protected Cell under Blue Aster Capital Fund P.C.C. and notified to the Central Bank of Bahrain under Rulebook Volume 7.
The Fund provides accredited investors regulated exposure to digital assets through an actively managed strategy, without the operational complexity of self-custody, fragmented execution, or unregulated market infrastructure. Investments are focused on liquid, institutionally supported digital assets within a professionally governed framework.
Assets and liabilities are ring-fenced at the cell level, supported by independent administration, custody, audit, and regulatory oversight, ensuring transparency, capital protection, and institutional governance.
